Kumasi Asante Kotoko will on Sunday host Accra Hearts Of Oak in a match week 24 fixture at the Kumasi Baba Yara stadium at 6pm.


Asante Kotoko in recent times have not been able to record a win against their arch rivals ( Hearts Of Oak) this has sparked interests in the game as Hearts are also keen on beating Kotoko to ensure their Gaffer’s promise of never losing to Kotoko still stands not defeated.

In an exclusive interview with the brands and communications manager of Asante Kotoko, Mr David Obeng Nyarko he stated that the game is a much of equals but his team will win on that faithful day.

” It’s going to be a tough game but surely we will come out victorious, there have been issues recently about we not being able to beat Hearts Of Oak since our regime but I must say that its not absolutely right in that scenario since limiting it to management will not be fair to us” he added

” We had already started a process with our partners, Ticketlik for a course like this but obviously we needed time to make it a reality l, it’s a good practice and an upgrade on our manual system just that it comes with challenges that hopefully will be thrashed out soon to make the process very smooth” he added

” GANUI is eligible to play for us on Sunday, He was only suspended for two including the match he got the card ( Karela utd), in this case He missed the King Faisal game which makes the suspension two matches, He is cleared and if selected by coach He will play” he concluded
